Job Description:
Teleperformance is recruiting for Inbound Voice Process in various languages including Tamil & English, Kannada & English, Telugu & English, Assamese & English, Marathi & English, and Gujarati & English.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in required languages with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and split shifts.
- One rotational day off per week.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Own system with Windows 10, RAM: 8GB & Processor: i5.
- High-speed WIFI / Broadband (Dongles not allowed).
- USB Headset and Web Camera.
