Responsibilities
- Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails/chats, or internet communication to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems related to client products or services.
- Ensure courteous and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Handle complex queries independently with strong probing and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate as a team member while also having the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to rotating shifts and a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (requirements may vary based on the job).
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, computer navigation skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, adaptability to changes, and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
- Additional skills/experience may be required based on location or program.
Compensation
INR 3 Lakh plus variable benefits.
