We are seeking Customer Service Executives to join the Swiggy Process, a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing support through a blended process, involving voice interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in both Hindi and English.
  • Engage in premium voice processes for our telecom partner’s enterprise business.
  • Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in calling or customer service are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and be available for 6 days a week.
  • Must be comfortable with rotational offs and occasional travel.
  • Ensure system requirements are met, including Windows 10 or above, minimum 8GB RAM, wired broadband with download and upload speeds of at least 20 Mbps, i5 processor or above, webcam, and USB headset.
  • Rotational shifts are mandatory, catering to both male and female employees.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Familiarity with customer service operations.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating system and related software.
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and flexible working hours.
