About the Position:
Customer Service Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, and inquiries.
- Conduct pre and post-flight briefings.
- Set up check-in counters and screen baggage.
- Handle special customer requests and mishandled baggage.
- File necessary flight documents and perform other assigned duties.
Ramp Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight arrivals and departures.
- Ensure bay allocation and ramp alignment.
- Supervise boarding and deplaning procedures.
- Oversee loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain equipment and fill required reports.
Security Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Implement company security policies.
- Ensure safe operations, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage threat assessment and response capabilities.
- Achieve departmental goals and maintain performance standards.
- Prevent theft and pilferage of company property.
Requirements:
- Graduates from a recognized university.
- Good communication skills and customer service aptitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Airport operations experience preferred.
- Age limit: Up to 27 years.
