Job Responsibilities
- Become a career advisor: Guide potential students over the phone to choose the right Testbook product and make better career decisions.
- Resolve student inquiries: Answer questions about Testbook, its products, and membership options.
- Outbound calling and lead management: Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert them into paying members.
- Product expertise: Explain Testbook product features and packages in detail.
- Customer experience champion: Provide a positive and informative experience for every student you interact with.
Telecaller Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in domestic outbound calls or telesales
- Fluent in Hindi (understand and speak)
- 18 years or older
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Adaptable communication style
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle constructive criticism
