IntouchCX: Semi-Voice
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Overcome objections and promote business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with e-commerce websites (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 30 WPM).
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
- Team player attitude.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree (no current students).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support (preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply.
- Flexibility to work in both voice and chat support.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- 100% work-from-office environment.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts (including nights, late nights, and rotations).
