Responsibilities

Review and complete data enrichment tasks as instructed by the client and through comprehensive training.
Your primary duties will involve application data entry, vendor resource verification, board certification processing, and following up with state boards for updates.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of 12th Pass (or diploma/any degree in any stream).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a clear accent.
Experience: Experience in a call center, inside sales, or related customer service is a plus.
Skills:
- Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in using a computer and comfortable with a work-from-home setup.
- Stable internet connection is a must.
Availability: Must be available for 40 hours per week starting immediately.
