About the Role:
- Analyze outstanding insurance claims and initiate collection efforts.
- Follow up on denied claims and appeals.
- Document and track claims activity in client software.
- Build rapport with insurance carrier representatives.
- Contribute to improving collection percentages.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in medical billing AR, claims adjudication (a plus).
