As an Amazon Customer Service Associate (CSA), your job is to delight customers by resolving their questions and preventing problems before they arise. You must be our customers’ initial point of contact by responding to their inquiries by phone, chat, or email. This includes helping them with orders, product inquiries, payment issues, and website navigation.
In order to navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions and to successfully connect with consumers, Customer Service Associates employ a range of tools.

- Zeta Lunch Card: INR 1100 per month, or INR 13200 PA.

What you will do:
- Working varying hours is necessary for this position in order to accommodate consumers’ needs.
- Your work week consists of a minimum of 40 hours, divided into 4 or 5 days of 10 hours labor, or overnight, day, or late shifts. We arrange using a range of alternative shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm on Sunday and Monday in order to meet consumer demand.
- It is necessary for you to work on national holidays.

- You must have a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WiFi) and have a minimum broadband connection with a download speed of 20MB and an upload speed of 8MP.
