As a Tele Collections Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the company’s debtor list
- Contacting customers regarding overdue bills
- Advising customers on payment options and suggesting methods of payment
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Responding to customer inquiries
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Preferably a minimum of 6 months experience in banking or collection Line of Business (LOB), preferably with call-based experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a graduate from a UGC recognized university
- Flexibility with work hours is essential
- Fundamental understanding of lending and recovery
- Adaptability to rotational offs
