Responsibilities

Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails/chats, or internet communication to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems related to client products or services.
Ensure courteous and effective communication, both written and verbal.

Handle complex queries independently with strong probing and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate as a team member while also having the ability to work independently.
Adaptability to rotating shifts and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (requirements may vary based on the job).
Skills: Strong customer service orientation, computer navigation skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, adaptability to changes, and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
