- Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Indian work authorization
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Computer proficiency
- Availability to work varying shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, Monday to Sunday
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overtime
