Investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risk. This role is for a Transaction Risk Investigator on the Shopping Experience Protection Operations team.

Job Description

Analyze and investigate seller transactions.
Take appropriate action based on findings.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, managers, risk analysts etc.) via email, phone or annotations.
Independently resolve issues using available resources.
Meet assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Understand performance metrics to contribute to business goals.

Who You Are

College graduate in any discipline (0-5 years experience)
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to handle and work with large datasets
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Problem-solving and analytical skills (preferred)
Clear communication with managers and colleagues at all levels (preferred)

Additional Information

Salary: ₹3-4 Lacs P.A.
Work Location: Work from Home (must reside in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Punjab, or Kerala)
Shift: Rotational (24/7 environment with shifts changing every 3-4 months)
Weekly Off: Rotational (2 consecutive days off, changing every 3-4 months)
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary (6 Months)
