The Role: Be a Customer Champion
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense for PhonePe users. You’ll troubleshoot account and transaction issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. You’ll also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting ways to streamline customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and digital channels
- Resolve customer queries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure efficient problem-solving
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Meet daily and hourly productivity targets
- Leverage internal resources to find solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Recommend improvements to customer support processes
- Educate customers on how to get the most out of PhonePe
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Eager to learn and adapt to new situations
- A patient listener who can effectively handle objections
- Strong customer focus with the ability to think on your feet
- Team player with a flexible and feedback-positive attitude
- Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Graduation (10+2+3) is required
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Proficiency in South Indian languages (spoken and written) is a plus
