Testbook is searching for a Freelancer Tele Counselor to join their team. In this remote, part-time role, you will be responsible for guiding potential students over the phone to choose the right Testbook product and help them make informed career decisions.

Responsibilities
- Advise potential students on Testbook products and career paths
- Resolve inquiries about the company and its offerings
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Sell Testbook memberships to students based on their needs
- Clearly explain product features and package options
- Provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (domestic)
- Fluent Hindi (elementary level)
- Minimum age 18+
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Resilience to constructive criticism
