• Peer Code Review & Feedback: Provide constructive criticism and feedback on colleagues’ code.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science (BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSC CS). Recent graduates welcome!
• Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and coding best practices.
• Communication & Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear technical documentation and explanations.
