Responsibilities

  • Understand and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information using appropriate tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints by offering solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and file documents.
  • Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: HSC, Graduate, or Post Graduate (Any Degree)
  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills

System Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Laptop or Desktop with Core i3 7th gen processor (minimum)
  • 8GB RAM or more
  • Genuine Windows 10 or 11 operating system
  • Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps (broadband connection)
  • Noise-canceling headphones
  • Power backup

Preferred Candidate Profile (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in customer service (helpful but not required)
