Responsibilities
- Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Build trust and rapport with customers.
- Provide accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed customer records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- HSC, graduate, or postgraduate degree.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: INR 13,500 – INR 15,000 per month.
- Rotational shifts.
