Responsibilities
- Handle calls from international customers, primarily from the US and Dubai.
- Provide product and service support or technical assistance to customers facing issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational weekly offs (5 working days)
- Availability for immediate joining
- Comfort working from the office (no virtual interviews)
- Local candidates only (within 25 km for night shift cab facility)
