About the Role
This is a Voice/Blended role, where you will be responsible for:
- Initiating calls to insurance companies regarding patient accounts.
- Following up on outstanding balances and taking appropriate actions.
- Managing accounts to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Positive attitude and ability to be flexible.
- Comfort working night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO).
