Startek is looking for Customer Support Executives to join their team handling Zomato chat inquiries. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates in the customer service field.

Job Description

  • Company: Startek
  • Role: Customer Support Executive (Zomato Chat Process)
  • Location: Work from Home
  • Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduates (Freshers and Experienced Welcome)
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Schedule: 6 days a week, rotational shifts
  • Salary: Upto ₹16,000/- CTC + Quarterly Bonus ₹3,894/- (₹1.25 Lacs – ₹2 Lacs P.A.)
  • Benefits: Paid training, mandatory certification

Responsibilities

  • Handle chat inquiries from Zomato delivery partners
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Hindi

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (for experienced candidates)
  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule (including nights and weekends)
  • Own a laptop/PC with Windows 10 Pro and Wi-Fi
  • Ability to start immediately

Selection Process

  • Voice Versant Test (Level 4 minimum)
  • Operations Interview
