Startek is looking for Customer Support Executives to join their team handling Zomato chat inquiries. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates in the customer service field.
Job Description
- Company: Startek
- Role: Customer Support Executive (Zomato Chat Process)
- Location: Work from Home
- Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduates (Freshers and Experienced Welcome)
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Schedule: 6 days a week, rotational shifts
- Salary: Upto ₹16,000/- CTC + Quarterly Bonus ₹3,894/- (₹1.25 Lacs – ₹2 Lacs P.A.)
- Benefits: Paid training, mandatory certification
Responsibilities
- Handle chat inquiries from Zomato delivery partners
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Hindi
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (for experienced candidates)
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule (including nights and weekends)
- Own a laptop/PC with Windows 10 Pro and Wi-Fi
- Ability to start immediately
