Sales Development Representative – Remote

The Role:
Join our dynamic team as a full-time, remote Sales Development Representative (SDR). You’ll primarily engage in remote sales activities, leveraging phone and video calls. Additionally, expect occasional travel to company-sponsored events and conferences (3-6 times annually). We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented SDR to play a pivotal role in driving our business’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrate and impart strong selling and influencing skills.
  • Generate qualified opportunities by prospecting and researching within assigned regions/markets.
  • Initiate conversations with high-profile personas at targeted companies.
  • Represent Sprinto, pitching our company and products to prospects.
  • Develop creative emails and campaigns to attract prospect attention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Exposure to international sales.
  • Prior experience in SaaS companies is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer success.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Strong bias towards action and hunger for success.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain focus and drive.
  • Effective multitasking and task management skills.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience in email outreach and cold calling.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales dynamics.
  • Highly confident, motivated, and curious sales professional.
