Job Description:
We are inviting applications for the position of Speech Recording Collection. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in building a valuable dataset for speech technology development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Topic Familiarity: Gaining a deep understanding of a variety of topics in agriculture, finance, and general domains.
- Conversational Interaction: Engaging in conversations with friends, relatives, or others in your local dialect.
- Data Collection: Recording these conversations using your Android smartphone.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in your native language, including both the standard version and your local dialect.
- Education: A degree in a language-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Ownership of an Android smartphone and reliable internet connectivity.
