The Effect
The primary task of the Data Analyst will be to collaborate with the Market Intelligence dataset teams on a workflow that involves calling businesses to obtain missing data. The duties would involve daily outreach to businesses via phone calls and emails.
You will serve as the last line of defence for the Primary Research team in resolving data queries and eventually supplying accurate and timely data to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will obtain thorough information on the data that the relevant department tracks.
- Help clients with their inquiries about confirming information through corporate relationships, and aid in department dataset audits to cut down on inaccuracies.
- I’ll work within constraints and with little supervision to ensure that my performance and quality meet predetermined criteria.
- maintains current knowledge about content sets. builds industry knowledge by being aware of reporting requirements and market trends.
- gives feedback and suggestions for improved products and novel collecting techniques in relation to the content sets covered.
- Assist the leadership in overseeing team output and managing queues.
- Helps the team by troubleshooting problems or issues.
