SAIL is offering 249 Management Trainee (Technical) positions across various engineering disciplines.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Metallurgy) with a minimum score of:
- 65% for General, OBC (Non- Creamy Layer), and EWS candidates
- 55% for SC, ST, PwBD, and Departmental candidates
- Maximum age of 28 years as of July 25, 2024 (relaxations applicable for reserved categories)
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on GATE-2024 scores (minimum qualifying percentiles apply)
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Interview
Weightage for Final Selection:
- GATE-2024 Score: 75%
- Group Discussion: 10%
- Interview: 15%
