About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time, permanent position in our Voice Process department. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to insurance claims. The role involves tasks like checking claim status, asking clarifying questions, documenting interactions, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
We Offer:
- Competitive salary: ₹2.15 lacs to ₹2.59 lacs per annum
- 5-day work week (Saturday & Sunday off)

Eligibility:
- Recent graduates (pass-outs from 2021, 2022, or 2023) with a Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BCom, BBA, BA, BPharma etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Must be able to work from the office

- BE/B.Tech graduates, Postgraduates, diploma holders, and students pursuing any studies are not eligible for this role.
