About the Role:
We seek specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team, dedicated to solving customer problems and enhancing their experience continuously. As a specialist, you’ll provide support to expedite issue resolution and contribute to refining support systems for an enhanced customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer-first interactions
- Address basic PhonePe account and transaction queries
- Utilize both phone and data channels effectively
- Follow process guidelines for issue resolution
- Foster customer trust through interactions
- Meet productivity goals
- Leverage internal resources for issue resolution
- Escalate issues as needed

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner

- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Graduation (10+2+3) required
- 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience
