Position Description
What exactly is the ideal profile?
We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate that excels at verbal and written communication in Hindi, has great interpersonal skills, and has a strong knowledge of English.
We are looking for someone who can build sales funnels methodically, analyse feedback, prioritise tasks, and regularly surpass goals within allotted time periods.
In order to properly teach prospective students about profitable career opportunities and encourage the production of sales qualified leads, a sales-oriented mindset is necessary.
Another essential quality is the ability to function in a startup setting that is rapidly expanding.

What are the obligations?
Making outbound calls to obtain qualified leads for sales.
During the pre-sales phase, asking important questions to understand the prospects and promoting their development.
Taking charge of the allotted leads’ whole s
ales qualifying lifecycle. Cold calling, follow-ups, lead appraisal, and management are all included in this.
Establishing and keeping up a detailed database that records all contacts with leads and continuously updates the relevant team on the quality of each lead.
Remuneration:
Up to three LPA in salary CTC, plus performance-based bonuses.
Language Ability:
natural fluency in Hindi.
English fluency is a distinct benefit.
Location & Hours of Work:
Currently working remotely, with the option of coming into the office as needed.
