Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at NxtWave, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth by:
- Mentoring and Guiding Learners: Providing career advice and guidance to potential learners, helping them understand how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate their career paths.
- Sales and Closing: Managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with leads and maintaining a detailed database of interactions.
- Achieving Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu: Excellent communication skills in Telugu are essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate value.
- Sales Mindset: Passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
