Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor, guide, and source of career advice for potential learners.
- Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and showcase how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career.
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Manage the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Telugu communication skills (Tamil/Hindi proficiency is a plus).
- Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, and prioritizing tasks.
- Sales mindset and passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
- EdTech sales experience is an additional advantage.
Compensation:
Earn up to 6 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
Work Location & Schedule:
- Work from home currently, with flexibility to come to the office when required.
- 6-day work week.
