Reports to: Branch Manager
Job Purpose:
Drive visibility and awareness of MFL products/services in the branch catchment. Focus on segment-based business development activities to boost revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Attract NCA to the branch.
- Product Familiarization: Introduce customers to MFL products/services.
- Lead Generation: Grow business through new leads and contacts.
- Customer Procurement: Acquire new customers via direct contact, word-of-mouth, referrals, and local collaborations.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suggest relevant upgrades.
- Feedback Integration: Review customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
