Job Description: As the Point of Contact (POC) at Konsyg, you play a crucial role in upholding the well-being and solidity of our client accounts. You serve as the vital link between the accounts and the communications department, ensuring seamless operations and upholding the highest standards of efficacy and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Ensuring Account Health:
- Monitor and oversee the overall health of designated client accounts.
- Proactively tackle any issues or concerns to forestall escalations and guarantee client contentment.
B) Facilitating Communication with the Communications Department:
- Act as the primary liaison between client accounts and the communications department.
- Ensure prompt and effective dissemination of all pertinent information, updates, and modifications.
C) Supervising the Calling Team:
- Manage the team of callers, ensuring they are well-versed in the accounts they handle.
- Offer guidance, assistance, and training to amplify their performance and ensure alignment with client expectations.
D) Upholding Quality Standards:
- Enforce and sustain stringent quality assurance procedures to ensure excellence in all client interactions and outputs.
- Regularly evaluate and appraise the work of the calling team, furnishing constructive feedback and intervention as needed.
E) Informing the Calling Team of Account Changes:
- Keep an open communication channel with the calling team, promptly informing them of any shifts or alterations in account strategy, focus, or requisites.
- Foster a responsive and adaptable atmosphere where the team can swiftly adapt to new directives or client demands.

- Demonstrated experience in outbound account management or a client-facing capacity.
