Job Description:
As a Speech Recordings team member at Spire Lab, you will be assigned a set of topics in agriculture, finance, and general domains. Your task involves reading, understanding, and familiarizing yourself with these topics. Subsequently, you will engage in conversations with people, such as friends and relatives, in the local dialect of the chosen language. Interested candidates must undergo a pilot task and will be selected based on satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios for product features in the release.
- Develop test automation using Java/Python for product test scenarios.
- Debug and eliminate flaky automated test cases, ensuring agility in the product development process.
- Learn and proficiently use tools employed in product engineering.
- Collaborate with leads to develop automated testing checkpoints in CI/CD, addressing issues with each build/milestone.
Education Required:
- Undergraduate, Graduate, Post Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills:
- Proficient in reading and understanding the native language, including the local dialect and standard version.
- A degree in a native language-related course or program is a plus.
- Must have an Android smartphone.
- Good internet connectivity is essential.
