Vedantu: Freelance OTO Teacher Partners

Job Description:
Vedantu is in search of dedicated educators to be part of our one-to-one teaching program as Freelance OTO Teacher Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a minimum of 4-5 hours of availability during either the first or second half of the day. You can select from the following preferred time slots:
Preferred Time Slots:
- 5 AM to 9 AM
- 9 AM to 12 PM
- 12 PM to 4 PM
- 4 PM to 8 PM
- 8 PM to 12 AM
Responsibilities:
As a Freelance OTO Teacher Partner, you will:
- Conduct live one-to-one coaching and tutoring sessions with assigned students, ensuring high session ratings.
- Strive for impressive conversion rates from demo sessions and renewals from existing students.
- Foster student loyalty to Vedantu, with performance incentives for dedicated Teacher Partners.
- Adhere to session structures and maintain session quality at specified standards.
- Flexibly adapt to any changes in session structures or policies based on business requirements.
Education Requirements:
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate qualification
Skills:
Basic Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the course curriculum.
- Strong problem-solving and doubt-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching.
- An understanding of student expectations from the sessions.
