Job Summary
In this part-time/work-from-home role, you’ll be contacting sellers listed on IndiaMART to gather information, update their profiles, and educate them about the benefits of using the platform.
Responsibilities
- Research assigned sellers beforehand to determine their eligibility.
- Call sellers to collect and verify their information.
- Update seller profiles based on the information gathered to improve their ranking.
- Educate sellers about IndiaMART’s features and answer their questions.
- Classify calls using appropriate reason codes.
- Obtain seller consent before collecting information.
- Follow up with sellers as needed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and content collection.
Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Saturday (minimum 3-4 hours/day)
- Quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a table and chair
- Computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calls, and reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Telecalling experience (preferred)
- Data entry experience (preferred)
Education
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree
