In this work-from-home role, you’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive staffing solutions to our clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building a strong talent pool to placing top candidates in the right roles. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify qualified candidates, and manage the interview process. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and maintain contact information of potential candidates
- Identify and implement innovative ways to attract and connect with a diverse pool of talent
- Manage interview schedules and coordinate with team members
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Maintain and update ATS (Dynamics), LinkedIn Recruiter profiles, and other databases
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Any graduate degree (Freshers or Experienced welcome)
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional accent
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR activities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Breezy HR) and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on hourly rate)
