Job Description:
This role involves providing email and outbound call support to clients regarding their AdWords campaigns. You’ll be troubleshooting issues, optimizing accounts, and resolving problems related to Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
Who They’re Looking For:
- Freshers: Any graduate with good communication skills and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experienced (6 months – 2 years): Graduation and experience with AdWords is mandatory.
Key Skills:
- Technical: Social media and digital marketing knowledge, understanding of internet architecture and web concepts, familiarity with ad operations, ad optimization, and monetization tools.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze reports and draw meaningful conclusions, willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
- Customer Service: Customer-oriented and self-motivated, ability to work with various clients, experience in a fast-paced environment, willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (mostly night shifts), positive attitude, openness to feedback, and ability to perform under pressure.
Additional Information:
- Shifts: 24/7, 5 days a week
- Work Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad
- Salary: As per company standards or 20-30% hike on previous CTC.
- Transportation: Cabs available within a 20km radius for one-way commute or 40km radius for roundtrip commute (chargeable).
