Deloitte is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Compliance Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 5 years of experience in a learning or backend operations environment.
Deloitte: Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze data related to learning compliance programs
- Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Perform quality checks on assigned tasks before submission
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned processes and tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (MBA or Post-Graduate preferred)
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
