As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of customer excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and thorough support to customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly to customer support requests via phone, email, or ticket.
    • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions or direct them to appropriate teams.
    • Utilize support tools and systems to log and resolve customer requests efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account information.
    • Identify and resolve platform or service problems.
    • Collaborate with management to maintain best practices for customer communication.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Address customer questions about new products or services.
    • Collaborate with other customer-facing teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and reduced churn.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other tasks as required.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Experience with JIRA software (preferred).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
