Overview:
Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) is seeking candidates for Technical Support in a voice process role. We welcome individuals with 0-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support via voice communication.
- Exceptional proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Rotational week offs with provided transportation for night shifts.
- Benefits include ESI+PF and competitive salary up to 3 Lacs per annum.
- Additional incentives up to 7k monthly.
- Three-round interview process: Initial Screening, Technical Round, Ops Round.
- This is a completely office-based position.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Experience: 0-3 years.
- Education: Undergraduates are also eligible.
