Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the US.
- Complete and submit licensure or enrollment applications on behalf of clients.
- Verify and validate information on the licensing platform.
- Summarize research findings into clear guidelines for clients.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes.
- Support team members with operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
