What is the Axis Bank Young Banker Program?
The ABYBP is a comprehensive program that combines classroom learning, internships, and on-the-job training. Over the course of the year, you will:
- Gain a strong foundation: Spend 4 months learning essential banking concepts and functionalities at Manipal Academy of BFSI in Bengaluru.
- Get practical experience: Apply your knowledge through a 3-month internship at an Axis Bank branch or office anywhere in India.
- Develop your skills: Solidify your learning with 5 months of on-the-job training where you’ll take on a full-time role at an Axis Bank branch or office.
Who is eligible to apply?
- Graduates from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% in all semesters.
- Final year graduation/post-graduation students awaiting results are also eligible (subject to submitting mark sheets and degree certificates upon joining the program).
- Age limit: 35 years or below.
- No previous work experience with Axis Bank due to relative hiring policy.
- Good character with no disciplinary proceedings or criminal convictions.
- No ongoing legal actions against you.
Selection Process
The selection process for the ABYBP involves:
- Online application form submission
- Two-stage online assessments:
- Level 1: Written test (verbal, analytical, numerical abilities, written English, listening comprehension)
- Level 2: Video interview (online AI assessment)
- Offer letter for shortlisted candidates
