Amazon: Virtual Customer Service Associates
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation
- Utilize various tools and resources to research and deliver effective solutions
- Proactively identify and address potential customer issues
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 (completion of high school)
- Graduation or postgraduate degree (any field) is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts and flexible schedules
- Self-motivated and quick learner
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹2,02,000 to ₹2,43,000 per annum
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹13,200 per annum
- Health Insurance benefits up to ₹5 lakhs
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift
- Overtime Allowance (as applicable)
- 5-day work week with 2 consecutive off days (subject to change)
- Internet Allowance (for Work-from-Home): ₹15,000 per annum (For Work-from-Office employees, pick-up and drop-off cab facility is available)
