Roles and Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customer’s concerns, issues, and questions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while calmly addressing customer complaints.
- Prepare detailed customer reports by documenting data collected during interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide well-informed responses to their queries.
- Escalate complex issues and questions to supervisors when necessary.
- Engage potential customers by offering information about our products and services, effectively answering their inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Both new applicants and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts with no planned leaves for the initial 3 months.
- Exceptional communication skills.
