Position description:
Employing Tech Mahindra for WFH.
Designation:
Customer Support Associate (WFH)
Mandatory Standards:
- English and Hindi education require excellent communication. Higher secondary Education Both newer and experienced candidates may apply.
- Work Hours: Rotating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (WFH)
- Rotating week off; 6 days of work.
- The age limit is 40.
Documentation needed –
- (Complete Date of Birth) Aadhar Card Mandatory
- Pan Card – Required
- Education Marks Sheets, Mandatory (10th, 12th)
- Experience letter, offer letter, and the last three months’ worth of pay stubs applicable to candidates with experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- For Newer (WFH) 174447, approximately 12.7k Monthly In Hand.
- For Experience (WFH) 209447, approximately 15.5k each month in hand.
- ESIC and PF instruction Stipend: $300 per day for about 20 to 30 days of instruction
