Overview:
- Remote-first work in India.
- Night shift role, 9-hour shift, five days a week.
- Occasional travel to Mumbai office may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction via email and phone.
- Quick response to support tickets.
- Meet or exceed SLAs for customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address customer needs and issues.
- Advocate for customers within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills.
- 0-1 year of experience (Freshers welcome).
- Customer-centric mindset and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and collaborate across teams.
