Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone interactions.
- Uphold high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- (Optional) Experience with UK Process or International BPO preferred.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support or international voice (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Must be eligible to work in India.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
