Job Description: As a Production Agent, your responsibilities include reviewing content of graphic, violent, sexual, or sensitive nature. You will enforce defined policies, attend client meetings to understand guidelines, and address violations that affect end users. - Role: Production Agent
- Location: Work from home / Hyderabad
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Hons/General)
- Working hours: 24×7 with rotational shifts, including holidays and night shifts
- Key Responsibilities: Reviewing graphic, violent, sexual, or sensitive content, enforcing policies, attending client meetings, and upholding internet safety.
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning
- Basic knowledge of Adwords and AdSense
- Proficiency in spotting sensitive content in videos
- Current affairs and general knowledge
- Multilingual proficiency
- Excellent English communication
- Familiarity with Google tools
- Understanding of online advertising, marketing, and YouTube policies
- Time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
- Content management experience is a plus.
