Tech Mahindra is seeking talented Freshers to join their Service Desk team in Hyderabad. As a Service Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software on PCs and laptops.
- Resolve network connectivity problems.
- Provide support for sales tools and color design software.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
- Excellent communication skills
