Tech Mahindra is seeking talented Freshers to join their Service Desk team in Hyderabad. As a Service Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software on PCs and laptops.
  • Resolve network connectivity problems.
  • Provide support for sales tools and color design software.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
