Tech Mahindra: Voice/Semi Voice Process
This is a full-time, permanent position in the BPO industry, based in Hi-tech City with the option to work from the office. The job involves handling customer and merchant calls, addressing inquiries, surveys, and feedback, as well as resolving customer queries through email and calls.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi (Hindi is mandatory)
- Freshers with good communication skills in English & Hindi are welcome
- Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/Customer Service experience is a plus
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office
- Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- One-way cab facility is available based on shifts
